Why GPS, scales and cameras alone don't close the losses
GPS tracking, the weighbridge and CCTV each control only their own slice of the trip and never combine into evidence. IQoko unites license-plate recognition, CV-based volume estimation and video capture into a single verifiable trip.
GPS tracking shows only the location
GPS tracking shows where the vehicle is but not what is in the bed or how much. In bulk transport, losses come from short-loading and theft, not from the route. So telematics doesn’t close the trip’s "black zone" — CV-based volume estimation and TripCode do.
The weighbridge controls a single point
The weighbridge gives a single weighing that can be bypassed by collusion, vehicle swapping or a second pass. For a quarry or transshipment base, scales capture a moment, not the whole trip — loading, transport and unloading. IQoko controls the entire route and provides CV-based volume estimation for sites without scales.
Cameras record an archive but don’t count
Cameras record a video archive, but without recognition and volume estimation that’s hours of footage with no conclusions. For the security team, after-the-fact review doesn’t prevent theft or yield a figure for a dispute. IQoko turns the camera feed into a recognized license plate, a volume estimate and an evidentiary TripCode.
HOW IT WORKS
Three control loops and a single SaaS core
IQoko is a three-loop ecosystem: stationary, mobile and on-board loops collect trip data, and IQoko Platform consolidates them into a single TripCode log. This brings volume control to any site and to the vehicle itself.
Stationary loop
IQoko’s stationary loop is a control & measurement point (CMP) at a quarry or transshipment base: IP cameras, ANPR and CV-based volume estimation on entry and exit. For sites with a steady trip flow, this is the baseline control point. Stationary CMP — from 1 800 000 ₽.
Mobile loop
IQoko’s mobile loop is a self-contained CMP with its own power and LTE for temporary sites. For linear construction and remote locations, it deploys without heavy installation. So volume control reaches places with no stationary infrastructure.
On-board loop
IQoko’s on-board loop is equipment on the dump trucks themselves: GNSS, LTE, sensors and cameras. For a fleet, this is end-to-end trip control beyond the site perimeter. So TripCode is formed even where there is no stationary or mobile CMP.
IQoko Platform SaaS core
IQoko Platform is the cloud core that gathers data from all loops into a single TripCode log with analytics and an API. For IT and finance, this is one screen for all trips and integration with 1C/ERP, with servers in Russia. The platform unites the stationary, mobile and on-board loops into one ecosystem.
