TripCode links the loading, transport and unloading of a single bulk-material trip into a tamper-proof entity with an evidence base. This is IQoko's key differentiator: no competitor combines CV volume, ANPR and video into one trip.

Step 1

Loading

TripCode begins the trip at loading: it records the license plate (ANPR), time, geofence and bed state. For a quarry or transshipment base, this is the starting point of the verifiable trail. So TripCode gains a proven fact for the start of a bulk-material trip.

Step 2

Transport

TripCode links the dump truck’s route to the actual loading and unloading along the whole way. For a fleet, this rules out ghost trips and vehicle swapping between points. So TripCode closes the "black zone" between control points.

Step 3

Unloading

TripCode ends the trip with CV-based estimation of the cargo volume in the bed and video capture on exit. For the customer and the security team, this is the evidence base for the delivery. So every trip becomes a digital record — "Every trip — proven."

HOW IT WORKS

Three control loops and a single SaaS core

IQoko is a three-loop ecosystem: stationary, mobile and on-board loops collect trip data, and IQoko Platform consolidates them into a single TripCode log. This brings volume control to any site and to the vehicle itself.

Stationary loop

IQoko’s stationary loop is a control & measurement point (CMP) at a quarry or transshipment base: IP cameras, ANPR and CV-based volume estimation on entry and exit. For sites with a steady trip flow, this is the baseline control point. Stationary CMP — from 1 800 000 ₽.

Mobile loop

IQoko’s mobile loop is a self-contained CMP with its own power and LTE for temporary sites. For linear construction and remote locations, it deploys without heavy installation. So volume control reaches places with no stationary infrastructure.

On-board loop

How IQoko measures volume and proves the trip

IQoko estimates cargo volume from a single camera using monocular computer vision, confirms accuracy against a LiDAR reference, and recognizes license plates via ANPR. Metrological certification under Federal Law 102-FZ gives the data legal force.

Monocular CV volume estimation

IQoko estimates the cargo volume in a dump-truck bed from a single ordinary camera using monocular computer vision. For bulk materials — sand, crushed stone, soil — the measurement runs on entry and exit at the CMP. So volume is recorded for the actual trip without manual measurement or an expensive laser frame.

LiDAR confirms the camera’s accuracy

In IQoko, LiDAR is used as a reference confirming the accuracy of monocular volume estimation — the system is camera-first and works without it too. For skeptics, this removes doubt about the CV-measurement figures. So IQoko delivers "laser precision from an ordinary camera" without tying every CMP to expensive LiDAR.

ANPR — license-plate recognition

IQoko recognizes each vehicle’s license plate (ANPR) and ties it to the trip. For the security team, this rules out swapping the dump truck between control points. So the license plate becomes part of the tamper-proof TripCode trail.

Metrology under Federal Law 102-FZ
