IQOKO PRODUCTS

The stationary CMP and IQoko products

IQoko is a three-loop ecosystem for digital control of bulk-materials logistics: stationary, mobile and on-board loops collect trip data, and IQoko Platform consolidates them into a single verifiable TripCode trail. Stationary CMP — from 1 800 000 ₽, the rest on request.

ARCHITECTURE

Three control loops and a single SaaS core

IQoko controls the trip at any site and on the vehicle itself: stationary, mobile and on-board loops cover different scenarios, while the cloud IQoko Platform core unites their data into one TripCode log.

Stationary loop

IQoko’s stationary loop is a control & measurement point (CMP) at a site’s entry and exit: IP cameras, ANPR and CV-based estimation of the cargo volume in the bed. For quarries and transshipment bases with a steady trip flow, this is the baseline control point. Delivered by the IQoko Gate and IQoko Gate Pro packages.

Mobile loop

IQoko’s mobile loop is a self-contained CMP with its own power and LTE for temporary sites. For linear construction and remote locations, it deploys without heavy installation. Delivered by the IQoko Mobile package.

On-board loop

IQoko’s on-board loop is equipment on the dump trucks themselves: controller, GNSS, LTE, sensors and cameras. For a fleet, this is end-to-end trip control beyond the site perimeter. Delivered by the IQoko Onboard package.

IQoko Platform SaaS core

IQoko Platform is the cloud core that gathers data from all loops into a single TripCode log with analytics, reports and an API. For IT and finance, this is one screen for all trips and integration with 1C/ERP, with servers in Russia. A platform subscription is mandatory for all IQoko products.

PACKAGES

Five packages: from a basic CMP to on-board control

Five IQoko packages cover scenarios from a small quarry to a dump-truck fleet. The stationary loop — Gate and Gate Pro; the mobile — Mobile; the on-board — Onboard; all united by the cloud IQoko Platform.

IQoko Gate — продукт IQoko для контроля рейса
Stationary loop

IQoko Onboard — продукт IQoko для контроля рейса
On-board loop

IQoko Onboard

IQoko Onboard is an on-board solution for dump trucks: controller, GNSS, LTE, sensors and cameras. For a fleet, this is end-to-end trip control beyond the site perimeter and protection against ghost trips and fuel siphoning.

  • Controller, GNSS and LTE on board the dump truck
  • Fuel, tilt and load sensors
  • Cameras and local recording storage
  • End-to-end TripCode beyond the site

For whom: Dump-truck fleets and carriers

IQoko Platform — продукт IQoko для контроля рейса
SaaS core

IQoko Platform

IQoko Platform is a cloud SaaS platform: the TripCode log, analytics, an API and 1C/ERP integrations. It’s the mandatory core for all IQoko products: the platform is what consolidates the data from the stationary, mobile and on-board loops into one trip.

  • A single TripCode trip log
  • Analytics, reports and deviation alerts
  • API and 1C/ERP integrations
  • Readiness for EPD and GosLog, servers in Russia

For whom: All IQoko customers (mandatory subscription)

CAPABILITIES

Key capabilities of the IQoko ecosystem

IQoko unites CV-based volume estimation, ANPR, video capture and analytics into a single verifiable TripCode trip and delivers the data to external systems via API.

CV-based cargo-volume estimation

IQoko estimates the volume of bulk cargo in a dump-truck bed from a single ordinary camera using monocular computer vision. The measurement runs on entry and exit at the CMP — without manual measurement or a laser frame. So volume is recorded for the actual every trip.

ANPR — license-plate recognition

IQoko recognizes each vehicle’s license plate (ANPR) and ties it to the trip. For the security team, this rules out swapping the dump truck between control points. So the license plate becomes part of the tamper-proof TripCode trail.

TripCode — the digital trip trail

TripCode links the CV volume, ANPR, video and timestamps of a single trip into one verifiable entity. For the customer and finance, this is the evidence base for the delivery. So every trip becomes a digital record — "Every trip — proven."

Video archive and photo capture

IQoko stores a video archive and photos of the bed’s state on entry and exit, tied to the trip and the license plate. For resolving a dispute, this is a recording that can be pulled up by the TripCode number. So after-the-fact review turns into addressable evidence.

Alerts and reports

IQoko Platform produces shipping reports and alerts on volume deviations, short-loading or anomalous events. For a manager, this is control without manually reviewing recordings. So the system itself flags the trips that need attention.

API and integrations

IQoko Platform delivers trip data via an API and integrates with 1C/ERP, scales and telematics. For IT, this embeds control into existing accounting without double entry. So TripCode becomes a data source for accounting and for GosLog.

TECHNOLOGY

How IQoko measures volume and confirms accuracy

IQoko estimates cargo volume from a single camera with monocular computer vision, confirms accuracy against a LiDAR reference (the system is camera-first and works without it), and is preparing the methodology for metrological certification under Federal Law 102-FZ.

From frame to volume — in a single pass

The camera captures the bed, computer vision builds a depth map and reconstructs the 3D surface of the cargo, and the volume is computed from it — without manual measurements or scales.

Monocular CV estimation from a single camera

IQoko estimates cargo volume from a single ordinary camera using monocular computer vision — without an expensive laser frame at every CMP. For bulk materials (sand, crushed stone, soil), the measurement runs on entry and exit. So volume control scales to many sites at an affordable equipment cost.

LiDAR confirms the camera’s accuracy

In IQoko, LiDAR is used as a reference confirming the accuracy of monocular volume estimation — the system is camera-first and works without it too. For skeptics, this removes doubt about the CV-measurement figures. So IQoko delivers "laser precision from an ordinary camera" without tying every point to LiDAR.

Metrology under Federal Law 102-FZ

IQoko’s volume-measurement methodology is being prepared for metrological certification under Federal Law 102-FZ. For commercial settlement by volume, this gives the data legal force. So the CV-measurement result can be used in a dispute and in documents, not only for monitoring.

INTEGRATIONS

What IQoko integrates with

IQoko Platform embeds into existing accounting and government systems: scales, telematics, 1C/ERP, as well as OSSIG and GosLog. So TripCode data works without double entry.

Truck scales

IQoko Gate Pro integrates with truck scales, matching the CV-based volume estimate to the actual weighing. So both mass and volume work at one site in a single trip log.

Telematics and GLONASS

IQoko links telematics and GLONASS data to the actual loading and unloading. So the dump truck’s route is reconciled against the cargo volume rather than remaining a separate data layer.

1C and ERP

IQoko Platform delivers trip data into 1C and ERP via an API. So shipping enters accounting without double entry or manual reconciliation.

OSSIG and GosLog

IQoko is ready to transmit the verified trip trail to OSSIG and GosLog. So TripCode becomes a data source for transport registration and the "digital transport passport."
