ABOUT THE COMPANY

About IQoko

IQoko is a Russian deeptech ecosystem for digital control of bulk-materials logistics. IQoko turns every dump-truck trip carrying sand, crushed stone or soil into a verifiable digital object — TripCode — with CV-based cargo-volume estimation, license-plate recognition and video evidence. IQoko's brand essence is "digital certainty of the physical world"; the slogan is "Every trip — proven."

BRAND ESSENCE

Why IQoko exists

IQoko eliminates the "black zone" between control points in bulk-material transport. Industry estimates put losses from opaque bulk logistics at 5–15% of turnover — due to short-loading, overloading, theft and ghost trips invisible to GPS tracking and to any single weighbridge. IQoko's mission is to give the owner, the security team and the logistician a proven fact for every trip instead of the driver's account and a paper consignment note.

WHAT WE DO

What IQoko does

IQoko builds a three-loop control ecosystem — stationary, mobile and on-board loops with a single SaaS core. At the control & measurement point (CMP), IQoko records each dump truck's entry and exit, estimates the cargo volume in the bed and recognizes the license plate, while IQoko Platform consolidates this into one screen and a verifiable TripCode.

Cargo-volume estimation

IQoko estimates the volume of bulk cargo in a dump-truck bed from an ordinary camera using monocular computer vision — without manual measurement and without an expensive laser frame. In IQoko, LiDAR confirms the camera's accuracy rather than replacing it.

License-plate recognition (ANPR)

The stationary IQoko CMP recognizes each dump truck's license plate on entry and exit, tying volume and video to a specific vehicle and trip. This links the physical cargo to the carrier's identifier without manual entry.

TripCode — proof of the trip

IQoko links the loading, transport and unloading of a single trip into TripCode — a tamper-proof entity with volume, license plate, video and timestamps. TripCode answers the question "what and how much actually left" and serves as a data source for electronic transport documents and GosLog.

IQoko Platform — a single screen

IQoko Platform is a cloud SaaS core with a TripCode log, analytics, reports and an API for integration with 1C and ERP. IQoko's servers are hosted in Russia, so the solution is resilient to sanction risks and suitable for the government sector.

TECHNOLOGY

What sets IQoko's technology apart

IQoko occupies the market's white space: monocular CV measurement of cargo volume in the bed at a stationary post, tied into a verifiable TripCode with ANPR and video — built for Russian regulation. The transport-control market is split in two, and IQoko stands in the seam between the halves.

Not a "paper digitizer"

IQoko verifies the physical cargo, whereas e-ticketing solutions merely digitize waybills and never check what is actually in the bed. IQoko records the volume and video of the actual trip, not the figures the driver declares.

Not a single-point measurement

IQoko controls the whole trip — loading, transport and unloading — whereas laser volume scanners measure one point without the context of the trip, ANPR or proof of unloading. TripCode closes the gaps between control points.

Camera-first, LiDAR for confirmation

IQoko estimates volume from a single ordinary camera and uses LiDAR as a reference to confirm accuracy and remove doubt. It's "laser precision from an ordinary camera" without dependence on expensive, sanction-vulnerable hardware.

Metrological certification (Federal Law 102-FZ)

IQoko's volume-measurement methodology is being prepared for metrological certification under Federal Law 102-FZ, giving the data legal force for commercial settlement. A certified methodology is a barrier to competitors and the foundation of trust in the figures.

REGULATORY POSITION

IQoko and the 2026 regulation

IQoko and the legal entity VND SYSTEMS LLC are built for the 2026 regulatory wave — a structural tailwind for the industry. The key date is the start of the mandatory switch to electronic transport documents (EPD) on 01.09.2026 (Federal Law 140-FZ of 07.06.2025).

EPD information-system operator

VND SYSTEMS LLC is a prospective operator of the EPD information system: from 01.09.2026, documents can be submitted to the state EPD system only through an accredited operator (Ministry of Transport Order No. 200). Operator status is an infrastructural moat and an IQoko advantage.

OSSIG — construction-waste control

IQoko Gate Pro meets the OSSIG requirements for a control & measurement point: mass and volume, entry and exit logging, ANPR, photo and video. A CMP is a mandatory condition for registration in the construction-waste control system.

A data source for GosLog

TripCode serves as a source of verified data for the "digital transport passport" of the national GosLog platform (Government Decree No. 139 of 14.02.2026). IQoko feeds government systems with data confirmed by volume and video, not declarations.

Domestic development, servers in Russia

IQoko is a Russian development with infrastructure in Russia, granting preferences in public procurement (Government Decree No. 719) and sanction resilience. The IQoko solution does not depend on foreign clouds or services.

STATUSES

Residencies and government registries

IQoko (VND SYSTEMS LLC) backs its technology profile with statuses from development institutions and inclusion in government registries.

Resident — Skolkovo Foundation

Resident of the Skolkovo Foundation — Russia's largest development institution for technology entrepreneurship.

Member — Moscow Innovation Cluster

Member of the Moscow Innovation Cluster (i.moscow) — a support ecosystem for Moscow technology companies.

Registered — Small Technology Company

Listed in the registry of small technology companies — government confirmation of the business's technology profile.

TEAM

The IQoko team

The IQoko team is made up of specialists in computer vision, telematics and transport regulation. This expertise combines CV-based volume estimation of bulk materials, vehicle-telemetry integration and compliance with EPD, GosLog and OSSIG requirements. So IQoko's development happens at the intersection of engineering and the industry's regulatory framework.
