How TripCode passes through loading, transport and unloading

TripCode accompanies the trip across all three phases — from loading at the quarry to unloading at the site — and links them into one continuous trail.

Trip start at loading

TripCode opens the trip at loading: it recognizes the license plate (ANPR) and records the time, geofence and the state of the empty bed. For a quarry or transshipment base, this is the starting point of the verifiable trail. So TripCode gains a proven fact for the start of a bulk-material trip.

Transport

Control on the route

TripCode links the dump truck’s route to the actual loading along the whole way from the site to the destination. For a fleet, this rules out ghost trips, a second pass and vehicle swapping between points. So TripCode closes the "black zone" between control points that neither the weighbridge nor a single camera sees.

Unloading

TripCode closes the trip with CV-based estimation of the cargo volume in the bed and video capture on exit. For the customer and the security team, this is a digital record of the delivery, not the driver’s words. So every trip becomes proven — "Every trip — proven."

CV-based cargo-volume estimation

TripCode contains the cargo volume in the bed, estimated by monocular computer vision from a single ordinary camera on entry and exit. For bulk materials — sand, crushed stone, soil — this answers "how much actually left" without manual measurement. The accuracy of IQoko’s CV estimation is confirmed against a LiDAR reference.

Recognized license plate (ANPR)

TripCode is tied to the vehicle’s license plate, recognized by ANPR at the CMP. For the security team, this is unambiguous identification of the dump truck at every point of the trip. So swapping the vehicle between loading and unloading becomes visible in the TripCode trail.

Video and photo capture

TripCode stores video and photos of the bed’s state at the key points of the trip. For resolving a dispute, this is primary evidence, not a retelling. So IQoko turns the camera feed into a frame tied to the trip rather than hours of nameless archive.

Timestamps and geofences

TripCode records the time and geofences of entry and exit at every point of the route. For logistics, this reconciles the actual trip with the planned assignment and route. So timestamps and geofences link scattered events into one continuous trip.

Why TripCode is practically impossible to fake

TripCode is resistant to bypass because it collects independent signals and cross-checks them against each other — you'd have to fool all of them at once, not a single control point.

TripCode is tamper-proof because bypassing it requires fooling the video, ANPR, CV-based volume estimation and telematics all at once. For a wrongdoer, this is incomparably harder than collusion at a single weighbridge. So the combination of independent signals in one trip removes scenarios that pass under single-point control.

TripCode cross-checks the signals against each other: volume vs. license plate, license plate vs. time, time vs. geofence. For the security team, any discrepancy surfaces as a trip anomaly rather than being lost. So swapping one fact breaks the consistency of the whole TripCode trail.

The "black zone" between points is closed

TripCode controls the whole trip — loading, transport and unloading — rather than a single point like the weighbridge. For a quarry and a fleet, this eliminates the gap where theft and ghost trips used to happen. So the trip trail leaves no uncontrolled interval to exploit.

For a bulk carrier, this is a ready, proven trip fact rather than manual entry. So IQoko feeds GosLog with volume, license plate and time based on fact, not declaration.

A basis for the mandatory EPD

TripCode provides the factual basis for electronic transport documents (EPD): the mandatory switch begins on 01.09.2026 (Federal Law 140-FZ of 07.06.2025). For business, this links the digital document to a proven trip rather than to a paper consignment note. So IQoko prepares the EPD infrastructure in advance — it’s worth deploying control before this date.

Legal force of the volume (Federal Law 102-FZ)

TripCode relies on IQoko’s CV volume-estimation methodology, which is being prepared for metrological certification under Federal Law 102-FZ. For commercial settlement by volume, certification gives the data legal force. So the volume from TripCode can be used in a dispute and in documents, not only for monitoring.
