IQOKO CONCEPT
TripCode — a verifiable digital trail of the trip
TripCode is a single entity that links the loading, transport and unloading of one bulk-material trip into a tamper-proof evidence base. This is IQoko's key differentiator: no competitor combines CV volume, ANPR and video into one trip.
WHAT TRIPCODE IS
TripCode captures the whole trip as one digital object
TripCode turns a single dump-truck trip into a verifiable digital object with volume, license plate, video and time. For the owner and the security team it's the answer to "what and how much actually left," not the driver's account. So IQoko replaces words and the paper consignment note with a proven fact for every trip.
4
independent signals in one trail
CV volume, ANPR, video and telematics consolidate into a single TripCode.
3
trip phases under control
Loading, transport and unloading are recorded as one continuous trip.
1 camera
needed for CV volume estimation
Monocular computer vision instead of an expensive laser frame; LiDAR for accuracy confirmation.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Which signals TripCode consolidates into one trip
TripCode combines four independent signals — CV-based volume estimation, ANPR, video capture and timestamps with geofences — into one consistent trip record.
CV-based cargo-volume estimation
TripCode contains the cargo volume in the bed, estimated by monocular computer vision from a single ordinary camera on entry and exit. For bulk materials — sand, crushed stone, soil — this answers "how much actually left" without manual measurement. The accuracy of IQoko’s CV estimation is confirmed against a LiDAR reference.
Recognized license plate (ANPR)
TripCode is tied to the vehicle’s license plate, recognized by ANPR at the CMP. For the security team, this is unambiguous identification of the dump truck at every point of the trip. So swapping the vehicle between loading and unloading becomes visible in the TripCode trail.
Video and photo capture
TripCode stores video and photos of the bed’s state at the key points of the trip. For resolving a dispute, this is primary evidence, not a retelling. So IQoko turns the camera feed into a frame tied to the trip rather than hours of nameless archive.
Timestamps and geofences
TripCode records the time and geofences of entry and exit at every point of the route. For logistics, this reconciles the actual trip with the planned assignment and route. So timestamps and geofences link scattered events into one continuous trip.
