IQoko privacy policy

This policy describes which personal data of iqoko.ru visitors is processed by the operator of the IQoko ecosystem — OOO VND SYSTEMS — and on what terms. Processing is carried out in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

The Russian version of this policy is the legally binding one; translations into other languages are provided for reference.

Personal data operator

The operator of the personal data of iqoko.ru visitors is VND SYSTEMS LLC — a Russian legal entity that develops the IQoko ecosystem. Data is processed and stored on the territory of the Russian Federation. The operator defines the purposes of processing, the set of data and the operations performed with it, and is responsible for protecting it.

Purposes of processing personal data

IQoko processes personal data only to handle enquiries from site visitors. The list of purposes is exhaustive:

  • handling a request for a demo, a pilot or a payback calculation submitted through the site form;
  • contacting the applicant company’s representative: clarifying site parameters, agreeing on the terms and timeline of a pilot;
  • preparing a reply to an enquiry sent to the public IQoko email address;
  • assessing the usability of the site from anonymised visit statistics.

Personal data is not used for marketing mailings and is not passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Categories of personal data processed

Through the request form, the data that the visitor provides themselves is processed:

  • the contact person’s name;
  • the company name;
  • the job title (optional);
  • the phone number;
  • the email address;
  • the business segment (quarries, logistics, general contracting, waste, other);
  • shipment volume or fleet size (optional);
  • the message text (optional).

Technical data accompanying the form submission and the visit is also recorded: IP address, browser details (user agent), the date and time of the enquiry, cookie data and web-analytics data. The operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric personal data.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject (clause 1, part 1, article 6 and article 9 of 152-FZ). Consent is given by ticking the relevant box before submitting the request form, applies only to the purposes listed in “Purposes of processing” and remains valid until it is withdrawn. Without consent the form is not submitted; declining consent does not restrict access to the rest of the site.

Retention periods and data protection

Personal data is stored no longer than the purposes of processing require: request data — until the purpose of the enquiry is achieved, but no longer than three years from the date of the last contact, unless another period is set by law or by contract. Once the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, the data is destroyed.

Databases containing personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are located on servers in Russia (part 5, article 18 of 152-FZ). The operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful access, destruction, modification and disclosure. Data is not transferred to third parties except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Data-subject rights and withdrawal of consent

The data subject has the right to:

  • obtain confirmation that processing is taking place and information about it (article 14 of 152-FZ);
  • require that incomplete, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained data be corrected, blocked or destroyed;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time;
  • appeal against the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

A request or a withdrawal of consent is sent to info@iqoko.ru and must contain information sufficient to identify the enquiry. The operator replies within the period established by 152-FZ. After consent is withdrawn, processing stops and the data is destroyed, except where retention is required by law.

Cookies and web analytics

The iqoko.ru site uses technical cookies required for the interface to work (for example, the selected language and a dismissed cookie notice) and analytics cookies. Web analytics is provided by Yandex Metrica, which collects anonymised visit data: pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, approximate region. This data is used in aggregate form and is not linked to an individual visitor. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings; some site features may then not work correctly.

Questions about the processing of personal data, data-subject requests and withdrawals of consent are accepted at info@iqoko.ru. Postal enquiries are sent to the operator at: 115230, Moscow, Kashirskoye shosse, 3, bld. 2, str. 9. The reply is sent by the same means as the enquiry was received, unless the enquiry states otherwise.
