A column of dump trucks on the highway — IQoko digital trip control

SEGMENT P1 · DUMP-TRUCK LOGISTICS

Trip proof for a dump-truck fleet

Trip proof is the ability to confirm to the customer that a vehicle actually performed the haul with the required volume. For dump-truck fleets of 50+ units contracted by road builders, quarries and construction, IQoko installs an on-board controller with GNSS, sensors and cameras and links the trip into a TripCode. By industry estimates, a carrier loses a significant share of revenue to ghost trips and fuel siphoning. So every trip gains video evidence and a digital record in a dispute with the customer.

DUMP-TRUCK LOGISTICS

Where a carrier loses money and the customer’s trust

A dump-truck carrier loses money on undisciplined trips and loses contracts when it can’t prove the haul to the customer. IQoko addresses both problems.

Ghost trips and fuel siphoning

A carrier loses money when a dump truck goes off-book or fuel is siphoned, and there’s no way to control it on the line. For the fleet owner, this is a direct loss on every undisciplined vehicle. IQoko Onboard records the route by GNSS and the load and consumption by on-board sensors, so a deviation from the trip is visible in the TripCode log.

Nothing to prove the trip to the customer

A carrier can’t prove to the customer that the trip was actually performed with the required volume when an acceptance dispute arises. For the logistics director, this is the risk of underpayment and a lost contract. IQoko links route, load and video into a single TripCode, so the trip is confirmed by a digital record, not the driver’s words.

Volume disputes at acceptance

The customer disputes the volume of delivered material, and the carrier has no independent record. For the commercial director, this is payment deductions and protracted disputes. IQoko provides a CV-based volume estimate and bed video tied to the trip, so the volume is confirmed by the TripCode record rather than an after-the-fact statement.

Mandatory EPD from 01.09.2026

From 01.09.2026, the mandatory switch to electronic transport documents (EPD) begins (Federal Law 140-FZ of 07.06.2025). For a carrier not ready for digital trip document flow, this is a regulatory risk and a threat to contract access. IQoko Platform is being prepared for integration with the state EPD system and GosLog, so TripCode becomes a source of verified data for the trip’s electronic documents.

IQOKO SOLUTION

How IQoko proves every trip

IQoko installs an on-board controller with GNSS, sensors and cameras on the dump truck and links route, load and volume into a verifiable TripCode that the carrier presents to the customer.

On-board trip control beyond the site

IQoko Onboard installs a controller with GNSS, LTE, fuel/tilt/load sensors and cameras on the dump truck. For a fleet, this is end-to-end trip control beyond the site perimeter. So a ghost trip and fuel siphoning are recorded on board and enter the TripCode log.

Video evidence and a digital trip record

IQoko links the route, load, bed video and timestamps of a single trip into one TripCode. For a dispute with the customer, this is ready video evidence and a digital record of the delivery. So the carrier confirms the trip with a record, not the driver’s words.

Readiness for EPD and GosLog

IQoko Platform is being prepared for integration with the state EPD system and the national GosLog platform, mandatory under the 2026 regulatory wave. For the carrier, this is advance readiness for EPD from 01.09.2026. So TripCode becomes a source of verified data for the "digital transport passport."

One screen for the whole fleet

IQoko Platform consolidates the trips of all dump trucks into a single TripCode log with route, volume, time and alerts. For the logistics director, this is control of a fleet of 50+ vehicles on one screen. So anomalous trips are flagged automatically, without manually reviewing tracks.

CONFIGURATION

Recommended configuration for a fleet

For a dump-truck fleet, IQoko recommends the IQoko Onboard + IQoko Platform pairing: on-board equipment on the vehicles plus a cloud core with the TripCode log. The final quote depends on the fleet size and the on-board configuration; IQoko computes the exact cost on request.

HOW IT LOOKS

How it looks for a carrier

Before IQoko, the trip fact rests on the driver’s word and a GPS track. After — every dump-truck trip becomes a TripCode with route, load, volume and bed video that the carrier presents to the customer.

REGULATION

IQoko and EPD / GosLog for the carrier

IQoko closes the 2026 regulatory wave for dump-truck haulage in advance. The mandatory switch to electronic transport documents (EPD) begins on 01.09.2026 (Federal Law 140-FZ of 07.06.2025), and the national GosLog platform forms the "digital transport passport." IQoko Platform is being prepared for integration with the state EPD system and GosLog, and TripCode serves as a source of verified primary trip data — route, load, volume and video. So the carrier moves to digital trip document flow on the basis of a confirmed haul fact rather than entering data manually. TODO: confirm IQoko’s status as a data provider for an accredited EPD information-system operator.
