IQoko pilot
Launch an IQoko pilot: trip control at your site in 60–90 days
An IQoko pilot is the deployment of a control & measurement point at your site and the collection of TripCode on real trips. Over 60–90 days you see the actual discrepancies between transport and accounting and get a payback calculation on your own data, not on industry averages.
What's included
What's included in an IQoko pilot
An IQoko pilot covers the full cycle: CMP deployment, TripCode collection, reconciliation with accounting and team training. No capital investment from the company is required at the pilot stage.
Control & measurement point deployment
Installation and setup of an IQoko CMP (Gate Pro or Mobile, per the site): cameras, ANPR, CV-based volume estimation, connection to the Platform. The configuration is tailored to the segment.
TripCode collection on real trips
IQoko records TripCode for every trip at the pilot site: cargo volume, license plate, video, timestamps, geofence. An evidence base is built for the pilot period.
Discrepancy and loss report
IQoko reconciles TripCode data with your accounting and shows the discrepancies: short-loading, unaccounted trips, volume deviations. This is the basis for the payback calculation on your figures.
Platform access and training
The team gains access to IQoko Platform: the trip log, analytics, alerts. We train operators and decision-makers and help embed control into processes.
Metrics
Which KPIs we use to assess the pilot result
IQoko pilot KPIs are fixed at the start and measured on your data. They answer the decision-maker's main question: how much you really lose and how fast IQoko pays back.
CV volume-estimation accuracy
The agreement of IQoko’s CV estimation with control measurements at the pilot site. Accuracy is confirmed against a LiDAR reference; the target band is fixed at the start of the pilot.
Discrepancies detected, ₽
The total of discrepancies between TripCode and accounting over the pilot period: short-loading, padding, unaccounted trips. This is the direct input to the IQoko payback calculation.
Share of trips with a complete TripCode
The percentage of trips at the pilot site for which IQoko collected a complete TripCode (volume, ANPR, video, time). It shows control coverage without "black zones."
Responsibilities of the parties
What IQoko provides and what the company provides
An IQoko pilot is built on a transparent division of roles: IQoko takes on the equipment and support, the company provides access to the site and data for reconciliation.
IQoko provides
Equipment and deployment
IQoko provides the CMP equipment for the pilot period and performs installation, setup and support. IQoko Platform servers are in Russia.
Support and reporting
IQoko runs the pilot: monitoring, a weekly status, a final discrepancy report and a payback calculation on your data.
The company provides
Site access
Access to the pilot site (quarry, transshipment base, checkpoint or route), a CMP installation point, power and a communication channel for the IQoko equipment.
Data for reconciliation
An export of trip accounting data for the pilot period for reconciliation with TripCode, and an assigned point of contact on the company side.
Request
Pilot request
Fill out the form — an IQoko specialist will get in touch within one business day, clarify the site and tasks and propose a pilot configuration. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
Estimate your savings with IQoko
Gauge the scale of losses from opaque bulk-material transport and the payback period. Every assumption is editable.
Annual turnover affected by bulk-materials logistics.
Estimated losses from short-loading, padding and unaccounted trips. You can adjust this value to your situation.
Losses per year
7 000 000 ₽
Payback
2 mo.
The calculation is indicative and based on conservative assumptions. The loss share and IQoko cost are assumptions you can change; they are not an offer. We prepare a precise payback model on your data during the pilot.

What happens after you submit the request
After you submit the request, IQoko guides you through three steps — from first contact to launching the pilot at the site.
01
We get in touch within one business day
An IQoko specialist reaches out via the contacts provided, clarifies the site, segment and tasks, and answers questions about the pilot.
02
We prepare the configuration and terms
IQoko tailors the CMP configuration to the site, agrees on KPIs, the timeline (60–90 days) and the pilot terms, and fixes them in writing.
03
We launch the pilot
We deploy the CMP and begin TripCode collection and reconciliation. The outcome is a discrepancy report and an IQoko payback calculation on your data.
